What we examine
The agreed review can cover ingredient declarations, visible label information, RP details, languages, cosmetic claims and relevant Safety Gate alerts. We record what is visible and distinguish it from information that requires a supplier request.
What you receive
An evidence pack containing listing URLs, dated observations, screenshots where relevant, identified concerns and source references. Findings are organised so your team can decide what to investigate or request next.
Evidence boundaries
An online listing does not show the whole product file. Missing information on a listing is not automatically proof that it is absent from the physical pack or dossier. A concern is distinguished from a confirmed finding.
How a project starts
Send the platform, product category, approximate listing count and the issue you want to investigate. We agree the sample, reporting format and any repeat-review schedule before starting.
Scope and quotation
Pricing depends on the number of listings, depth of checks, available evidence and frequency. Platform enforcement decisions and communications remain with the relevant decision-maker unless a separate scope is agreed.
