What we review
We review the supplied artwork and wording for the agreed products and markets. The review can include ingredient lists, warnings, Responsible Person details, origin statements, language coverage and consistency with the product documentation.
Claims beyond the packaging
Product pages, marketplace listings and advertising can also form part of the scope. We compare what a claim communicates with the evidence supplied, including the tested product, population, endpoint and timeframe.
What you receive
A written findings list with the relevant artwork or claim, the issue, the evidence needed and proposed corrections where supported. The review scope records which markets, languages and artwork versions were included.
What to prepare
Provide readable artwork for every pack component, the current formula or INCI list, directions and warnings, target countries, online claim wording and the evidence behind the claims. Existing CPSRs help us check consistency.
Illustrative finding
A claim such as “reduces sebum by 30%” needs evidence that supports that measurement and wording. A user satisfaction questionnaire alone would not establish an instrumentally measured reduction. This is an example of the review approach, not a client case study.
Scope and quotation
Tell us the number of products, artwork versions, markets and claim channels. We confirm the fee and expected timing after reviewing the brief. Translation, new testing and subsequent artwork rounds are agreed separately where needed.
