What we review
We review the supplied INCI list or quantitative formula for the agreed territories and product use. The work can cover prohibited and restricted substances, colourants, preservatives, allergens and applicable conditions of use.
What you receive
A findings list that records the ingredient, identified issue, relevant reference and the information needed to resolve it. Where concentrations or ingredient identities are missing, the limitation is made explicit.
What to prepare
Provide the full INCI list, concentrations where available, product type, intended use, target markets and intended launch timing. Supplier specifications may be needed to clarify complex raw materials or impurities.
Understand the limit of screening
A permitted ingredient does not establish that every finished formulation is safe. Screening and safety assessment answer different questions; exposure, combinations and the finished product evidence still matter.
Scope and quotation
Tell us the number of formulas, whether quantitative data are available and the intended markets. We confirm the scope, fee and timing after reviewing the brief.
