Choose the territory first
EU cosmetic notifications use CPNP. Great Britain—England, Scotland and Wales—uses SCPN. Northern Ireland follows the EU cosmetics framework and must not be treated as part of the GB notification route.
What we do
We check the product information, naming, variants, labels and relevant dossier data needed for the agreed notification workflow. Preparation, account access and submission responsibilities are confirmed before work starts.
What you receive
The agreed notification-ready information and a record of any unresolved data gaps. If submission is included and authorised, the handover includes the resulting notification reference or record.
What to prepare
Provide target markets, the relevant RP details, product names and categories, variants, packaging artwork and the available formula and safety documentation. Please do not send portal passwords with your enquiry.
Notification and compliance
A portal notification is not a product safety approval. The underlying product, assessment, labelling and RP obligations still need to be addressed. CPNP itself is a free portal; consultancy fees cover the agreed review and support work.
Scope and quotation
We quote according to products, variants, territories and document readiness. RP appointment, additional assessment work and label changes are separate unless expressly included.
